HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Wally Pals works with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way!

We offer international shipping options - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If it has been more than two days since your order has been shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at support@rickandmortyx.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you! 


THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED? 

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds.

Note: If for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

IF YOU HAVE GIVEN THE WRONG ADDRESS...

We cannot change the address once you have officially placed your order. Any address that you have placed while ordering is FINAL, since it is already directly sent to the shipping company. Once the product is already with the shipping company, we have no control with changing the address.

We are not obliged to give refunds due to any wrong addresses given. So please double check your address before ordering and paying.

WHY IS THE COLOR OF MY PRODUCT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?

Please note that due to differences in monitor color settings, the color you see on your computer or mobile device may be slightly different than the print you receive. We print colors that are true to the artist's specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.

No worries! We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you.
